Darrian Mikell is an entrepreneur and business leader. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Qualifi, an HR tech startup focused on taking the pain out of recruiting by reducing communication times with candidates and capturing better data to help recruiters scale screening efforts. Recruiters using Qualifi shave one week off their time-to-hire average. First founded in 2019, Qualifi saw rapid growth from accelerator and Pitch Pardi programs from Be Nimble, an Indianapolis social enterprise that supports the growth of Black-initiated tech ecosystems. Qualifi is the first graduate of a Be Nimble accelerator to raise a venture capital round. It also recently completed its participation in the TechStars Anywhere program, a startup accelerator that focuses on businesses that operate remotely.
