James Stephen Murray is a writer, executive producer, and actor, best known as “Murr” on truTV’s Impractical Jokers, the #1 show on Comedy Central in the United Kingdom and India. He is also one of the stars of the TV show The Misery Index on TBS along with his comedy troupe, The Tenderloins. James has worked as the Senior Vice President of Development for NorthSouth Productions for over a decade. James is also the best-selling author of several sci-fi thrillers, including his latest one, Obliteration: An Awakened Novel.
