Mark C. DeLuzio, known as a Pioneer of Lean and the principal architect of the Danaher Business System (DBS), serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in global organizations whose financial and operational metrics have flatlined. Leveraging his unmatched and inventive experience, DeLuzio helps them think differently about how to optimize their approach systemwide. Jake Ward is President of the Connected Commerce Council (3C), a membership organization for small businesses empowered by digital tools and technology. Prior to founding the Connected Commerce Council, Jake was a Co-founder and CEO of the Google-funded trade group Application Developers Alliance, the world’s leading advocate for software developers, and Forward Strategies. He is also an Advisory Council Member for Data Catalyst, a non-profit organization working to inform and shape data privacy policies that provide both meaningful protection and promote economic and social good. Ward is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and contributor to news stories and editorials. Jake has also testified before the U.S. House of Representatives on behalf of small business interests.
