Gary Findley – CEO at Restoration 1
Gary Findley is a franchise sales expert with over 25 years of experience in helping new and experience entrepreneurs build over 9,500 locations worldwide. He’s the CEO of Restoration 1, an award winning brand with more than 120 locations open and in development. Gary now oversees one of the fastest-growing multi-brand franchise chains in North America, recently acquired bluefrog Plumbing + Drain. It is the perfect complement to Restoration 1′s services. The self-proclaimed “Redneck CEO,” Gary’s entrepreneurial drive has led to running his own businesses, serving as a franchise owner of multiple franchise brands and ultimately becoming an executive to grow some of the biggest franchise networks across the country and around the world. He previously served as the Vice President of Franchise Sales for Rainbow at Dwyer Group, as President and COO at Curves International, and as the COO of EnVie Fitness. Jen Hemphill – Money Confidence Coach, AFC®, Host of the Her Money Matters® Podcast, and Soon to be Author
Jen Hemphill, a military spouse and bilingual Latina, helps women who are tired of the traditional money advice break out their inner financial confidence so they can claim their own unique version of financial freedom. She is a Money Confidence Coach, an AFC® (Accredited Financial Counselor) and host of the “Her Money Matters” Podcast. Jen was a Research Specialist that assisted in grants funded projects using her bilingual abilities, educational background, and work experience. She was also a realtor at RE/MAX. When she’s not talking money, she enjoys a good dance-off, photography, coffee, chocolate, traveling, working out and spending time with her husband and two boys.
Ted Beck – President & CEO of the National Endowment for Financial Education
Ted Beck is the President and CEO of National Endowment for Financial Education, the leading private nonprofit national foundation dedicated to inspiring empowered financial decision making for individuals and families through every stages of life. Prior to his appointment at NEFE, Ted served as associate dean of executive education and corporate relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. He has been a member of the President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability for Young Americans, a panel established by President Obama to promote and enhance financial capability among young people. Ted also sits on the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Advisory Committee on Economic Inclusion, and is immediate past chairman of the national Jump $tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy. He previously served on President George W. Bush’s President’s Advisory Council on Financial Literacy from 2008 to 2010. He also served as President of the Center for Advanced Studies in Business Inc., a nonprofit organization designed to support the activities of the business school, and oversaw the construction and operations of the Fluno Center for Executive Education. Ted is an expert on financial education, frequently appearing on CNN, CNBC, ABC, and News and Fox Business. He is also quoted in the Walls Street Journal, the New York Times, USA Today, and others.
