Karen is a lifestyle entrepreneur, the CEO and Founder of aBeansTalkSocial.com, and an International Best Selling Author. aBeans is a great platform designed to help entrepreneurs. Karen graduated from University at age 20. She established her first business on Wall Street, serving 12 years as an Executive Recruiter in Internet Technology. She combines her personal interest in helping small business owners to see the big picture by developing a series of courses called “Simplifying Social Media for Business” to help teach creative common sense concepts to generate results. Karen enjoys volunteering as an Ambassador for her local Chamber of Commerce which supports business owners with good basic educational programs. She applies her experience to duplicate team building to inspire leadership for many established name brand products through a variety of distribution systems which developed her keen skill of leverage. Karen has confidently lead and built teams of thousands in short periods of time over the last 30 years.
MeiMei Fox is a freelance author, speaker, and life coach. She contributes a weekly blog to the Huffington Post called, “The Life Out Loud,” which is about finding joy in life and profiles changemakers/social entrepreneurs. She has worked for 15 years as a professional author, co-author, editor, and ghostwriter of numerous books, articles, and blogs, including the New York Times bestsellers “Fortytude” by Sarah Brokaw and “Bend, Not Break” with Ping Fu. She also edited “The Art of Happiness in a Troubled World” by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Howard Cutler, MD, and “Infinite Life,” by Robert Thurman. MeiMei also does one-on-ones with coaching clients to help them overcome stumbling blocks and achieve their loftiest goals. She received her training at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she completed an MA in counseling psychology and conducted a year of supervised psychotherapy. She has a BA with honors and distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, and an MA from Stanford University, both in psychology. From January 2010- June 2011, MeiMei worked as Social Media Manager for the Stanford Alumni Association.
