Rich Brooks is the founder and president of flyte new media, a digital agency in Portland, Maine, which is celebrating 20 years in business. He is a nationally recognized speaker on entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and social media. Rich founded The Agents of Change, an annual conference and weekly podcast that focuses on search, social & mobile marketing.  He is the author of The Lead Machine: The Small Business Guide to Digital Marketing, a popular and well-received book that helps entrepreneurs and marketers reach more of their ideal customers online. Howard J. Ross is the, a diversity and inclusion consulting company. Howard is a lifelong social justice advocate and the founding partner of Cook Ross. He’s considered one of the world’s seminal thought leaders on identifying and addressing Unconscious Bias. Howard has delivered programs in 47 states and over 40 other countries to audiences including Fortune 500 companies and major institutions within healthcare, government, and non-profit sectors. He authored the Washington Post bestseller, Everyday Bias: Identifying and Navigating Unconscious Judgments in Our Daily Lives and Reinventing Diversity: Transforming Organizational Community to Strengthen People, Purpose, and Performance. The book describes how to bridge the divide in our increasingly polarized society. His work has been published by the Harvard Business Review, the Washington Post, the New York Times, and Forbes, and he has worked with Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. Cook Ross programs have been taught at Harvard University Medical School, Johns Hopkins University, Duke University, and over twenty other colleges and universities. From 2007 to 2008, Howard served as the Professor-in-Residence of Diversity at the Johnnetta B. Cole Global Diversity and Inclusion Institute at Bennett College for Women, where he became the first white male to hold a professorship in Diversity at a historically black women’s college. Ryan Cote the Director of Digital Services and Partner at Ballantine, a third generation family-owned direct mail and digital marketing company based out of Fairfield, NJ. He has been with Ballantine since 2003, a family-owned business started in 1966 by his grandfather and great-uncle. He currently manages the growing digital marketing division, primarily responsible for sales and strategy. Ryan came from a family of entrepreneurs. Ballantine is a print and digital marketing agency that works with small business as well as established Fortune 500 companies. Even in college and beyond, Ryan would sell things on eBay, he had his own e-commerce store selling piano lamps and did affiliate marketing for a number of years. Ryan has always had this drive to create things from scratch and then turn them into a revenue stream. In short, entrepreneurship is one of his passions.
