Oleg Konovalov is a management consultant with extensive experience in international business. Jodi-Tatiana Charles – Leadership Coach & Personal Development Expert
Jodi-Tatiana Charles wears two hats, as “Brandographer ™” and Founder of La Capoise Galerie, a branding, and marketing firm dedicated to educating entrepreneurs, nonprofits and small-business professionals on the importance of growing their personal brands. In her role as the Director of Small and Diverse Business Engagement, she serves as the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s primary point of contact for small and diverse businesses looking to grow their presence in the Greater Boston region. At the Chamber, more than fifty percent of their members are small businesses, and she works to convene, engage and advocate for those members. Via La Capoise Galerie, Charles served as the Media & Community Outreach Coordinator for MassChallenge, where she was responsible for creating and executing marketing, branding and media initiatives and activities. She also served as the Program Director and Marketing Consultant for the Massachusetts Conference for Women and was the Deputy Press Secretary for Governor Mitt Romney. Charles has also produced the award-winning NECN program Newsnight hosted by the late Chet Curtis and Jim Braude, and demonstrated her leadership as WXKS Associate Producer for the legendary radio program “The Matty in the Morning Show,” where she was nominated for “Producer of the Year.”
Eliza Factor is the author of the acclaimed novels “The Mercury Fountain” and “Love Maps.” Eliza and her husband have three children, the eldest of whom is multiply disabled. She is the founder and President of the Board of Extreme Kids & Crew, a non-profit community center that connects families with children with disabilities through the arts, music and play in Brooklyn. Eliza was named New Yorker of the Week by NY1 in 2012 for creating the city’s first drop in sensory play-space for children with disabilities. She enjoys meeting other writers and readers, lovers of trees, people who live beyond language, and those who cartwheel down corporate corridors when no one is looking.
