Don Green brings nearly 45 years of banking, finance, and entrepreneurship experience to his role as Executive Director of the Napoleon Hill Foundation. His first youthful business venture was charging admission to see his pet bear—yes, the living, growling kind! Since 2000, Green has traveled worldwide and used his finance skills to grow the Foundation’s funds in order to continue the Foundation’s educational outreach.

Andy Noronha works to develop research and insights that will help guide the future of digitization for Cisco and its customers. He is also a Visiting Scholar at the Global Center for Digital Business Transformation, an IMD and Cisco initiative, where he conducts research and works with executives from companies seeking to remain competitive in an era of digital disruption. With 20 years of experience in the technology industry, he possesses a strong background in helping companies remain competitive in the world of business where technology is constantly evolving. He started his career as an analyst at Gartner where he led the energy practice and delivered consulting engagements for global technology companies. He later went on to co-found a market research and consulting firm that helped technology vendors to improve their sales and marketing efforts in vertical markets.
