Jeff Naeem - Owner at Junk-A-Haulics
Jeff Naeem worked in financial services and decided to hang up the suit to haul junk! Jeff is owner of East Hanover, NJ’s Junk-a-Haulics. He had the idea with a partner at the age of 23 and launched the business at age 26, starting by working on the truck himself, removing unwanted items from people’s homes. Now, at age 28, his Junk-A-Haulics has four trucks, has increased revenues by seventy percent and competes successfully with established national companies in his industry. His fully insured, uniformed, background-checked staff over-deliver, with extreme attention to detail. The result of the company’s over-the-top service shows. Junk-A-Haulics has a thirty percent rate of repeat business in what is typically a one-off industry. Jeff has a carefully planned growth trajectory to expand his trading area and promote company leaders from within its ranks.
