As a social media and interactive marketing strategist, and a thought leader in her field, Dorothea is regularly engaged by groups like Altamont (Social Media Intelligence Summit 2012), Mashable, iStrategy and Digital Atlanta, has appeared as a subject matter expert on CNN Newsroom with Ali Velshi, and serves a long list of notable clients.   Justis Earle - Founder of HANSNAP and Shark Tank Finalist  [caption id="attachment_17572" align="alignright" width="225"] Justis Earle of Hansnap[/caption] From academia to performing for a sold out audience, Justis Earle has been successful in many pursuits. Andrea watching the quality controllers nitpick over the smallest detail to ensure that the finished product left the factory faultless. She also helped out at her mother’s ladies wear store, and these two experiences helped develop her passion for clothing and retail. She started at luxury emporium Fortnum & Mason of Piccadilly and then at retailing giant Next. She advanced to run the company’s flagship interiors department in Kensington High Street, as well as its restaurant. Following a successful four years with Czech & Speake,  Andrea was approached by leading Dutch bed manufacturer Royal Auping to launch the company’s UK division. Within three years of building the brand, she was offered the role of Managing Director. In 2004, Andrea came up with the concept for number 35, designed to better the uninspiring and ill-fitting offerings available for modern business women on the high street and in department stores.
