Cary Carbonaro is a Certified Financial Planner. Joanie B. Connell, Ph.D. is the founder of Flexible Work Solutions, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership assessment, development, and retention for all levels-executives, professionals, early career, and youth. She works hand-in-hand with organizations and individuals ranging from the Fortune 100 setting to not-for-profit, government as well as a host of other industries. Joanie is the author of “Flying Without A Helicopter: How to Prepare Young People for Work and Life,” released in December 2014. She also served as a university professor teaching business and psychology students of all ages at the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego, the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University, and in the Masters in Human Behavior program at National University.
